At Mini Mischief, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better!
✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Return/exchange is not applicable on:
• Innerwear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom/personalized orders
🔄 Exchange Policy
• Size not fitting right? You can exchange the item for a different size (if available).
• In case the desired size is out of stock, we will issue shopping credit.
💸 Return & Refund
• If you’d like to return an eligible product, you can opt for:
• Shopping credit (valid for 6 months), or
• Refund to source (only for prepaid orders)
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
🚚 Return Process
1. Drop us a message at 📧 support@minimischief.in or DM us on Instagram with your order details.
2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (available in select pin codes), or you can self-ship the product to our return address.
📦 Shipping Costs
• One-time exchange shipping is free.
• For returns, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund/shopping credit to cover return shipping.
